How do I know if I have successfully completed my order?

Whenever you finish the order correctly you will receive a confirmation email. Otherwise, you must contact us through the email [email protected], calling 951 886 800 or connecting to the L-J chat from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

How do I know the status of my order?

If you access your profile in your customer account you can see your orders and their status. In addition, the system will inform you by email every time your order changes status.

How can I add or remove products in my order?

If the order has not been confirmed you can do it through the cart. But if the order has already been created then you must contact us through the email [email protected], calling 951 886 800 or connecting to the L-J chat from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; as long as the order has not reached the 'Sent' status.

How do I modify the delivery address?

If the order has not been created you have two options:

  1.    Create a new address associated with your client account and thus you do not lose the one you have been using so far. For example, one for home and one for work.
  2.    You modify the existing one through your customer account in 'My addresses'.

 

Otherwise, where the order has already been created you will have to contact us through the email [email protected], calling 951 886 800 or connecting to the LJ chat from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and if it has not been sent we can change it manually on the carrier's label.

I have paid with Paypal and I get an error in the payment, but is it charged?

If the amount of the order has been deducted from your Paypal account and you get an error in the payment you have to contact us through the email [email protected], by calling 951 886 800 or by logging into the LJ chat. 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Can I have them let me know when a product without stock has it again?

Of course. It is very easy, you just have to put your email by clicking 'Do you want to receive a notification when this product is back in stock?' And you will see how the system alerts you as soon as there is stock again.

How can I stay up to date with all the news and promotions?

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the carrier you choose will take more or less.

  1.    If you have chosen SEUR the delivery will be made within an estimated 24 hours Peninsula, 72-96 hours International 
  2.    If you have chosen NACEX, the delivery will be made within an estimated period of 24 hours.
  3.    If you have chosen Correos, picked up at the post office, the estimated delivery time is 72 peninsula and Balearic hours. And from 7-10 days to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  4.    If you have chosen SEUR Frío, the estimated time is 24h with delivery before 13.30h.
  5.    And if you have chosen collection in the warehouse then you decide when to pick it up.

How can I save the shipping costs?

Very easy, in Outletsalud.com you can get free delivery costs if you meet the following requirements:

  1.    For shipments to the Peninsula the amount of your order must be greater than € 59 without VAT.
  2.    For shipments to the Canary Islands the amount of the order must be greater than € 99 without VAT.
  3.    For shipments to the Peninsula with products that require cold transport the amount of the order must be greater than € 99 without VAT.
