The olives are harvested on a single day in October from previously selected olive trees, which makes this EVOO a limited edition.

The Picual variety that is grown in the Pagos of the Toral family fills the palate with an intense, fruity, slightly bitter and spicy flavor, an essential characteristic of a good Picual variety oil. Its fruity and herbaceous aromas give it a great personality that transports us to its land of origin, Jaén.

Thanks to Picual Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil you add character to your dishes.
