Instructions for using Lo-Dough Souther Style Coating:

1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC
2. Prepare a beaten egg on a plate and the fiber for breading on another plate
3. Pass the meat through the egg and immediately go through the fiber to bread until completely covered
4. Repeat the same operation if a thicker coverage is desired
5. Put the breaded pieces on a baking sheet with a parchment paper to prevent them from sticking
6. Bake at 220ºC for at least 20 minutes or until the meat is done, depending on its thickness.
