The European standard UNE EN149:2001+A1:2009 certifies FFP2 masks (and also KN95) as respiratory protection, with a level of protection similar to N95 masks, with a filtering efficiency equal to or greater than 95% of the particles. .
These FFP2 masks have been approved in Europe and that is why they have the seal and the supporting documentation of the approval with CE 2163 seal
